How do I file a claim for Paint, Fabric, Vinyl or Leather?

The claim may be filed online with the following information:
Warranty registration number
Area of damage on the vehicle
When you noticed the damage or when the damage happened
Description of damage to vehicle
Current address, phone numbers, e-mail address and or fax number where you can be contacted

Submit you claim: Warranty Services Online Claims

   
 
 
The claim may be filed in writing with the following information:
Description of damage to vehicle
Area of damage on the vehicle
When you noticed the damage or when the damage happened
Copy of warranty and warranty registration
Current address, phone numbers, e-mail address and or fax number where you can be contacted

Mail your claim to:

How do I determine the status of my claim?

What is covered under my warranty?

Top

 
Paint - In general, your paint is warranted against fading, oxidation, and loss of gloss.
Fabric - In general, your fabric is warranted against permanent staining caused by food or drink.
Vinyl/Leather - In general, your vinyl/leather is warranted against fading and permanent staining caused by food or drink.

How do I confirm that my warranty is registered with Zurich Shield?

Call our Warranty Registration Department at (866) 957-3377 and be prepared with the following information:
 
Warranty Number
Name
Date of Purchase
Name of Dealer Where Warranty was Purchased

Our representative will be happy to help you confirm your warranty registration.
   
 
     

5.

How do I transfer my warranty?

Top

 
Please submit your request in writing with the following information:
Name, current address and phone number
Copy of warranty and/or warranty registration
Proof of ownership (i.e. copy of title transfer)
Transfer fee per warranty registration (if amount is not specifically stated on back; the fee is $30.00 per coverage for chemical registrations).

You will be sent a letter confirming that the warranty has been transferred.

How do I renew my warranty?

Please submit your request in writing with the following information:
Name, current address and phone number
Copy of warranty and/or warranty registration.

Or fax your request to:

An inspection form will be sent to you to be taken to your dealership for completion. You are to return the completed form to Zurich Shield along with proof of the re-application of the product. A letter will be sent to you confirming the renewal, per the provision in your warranty.

How do I get a copy of my warranty?

Please contact the dealership where you purchased your vehicle to obtain a copy. If that is not successful, please contact the Warranty Services Department at (866) 957-3377 for assistance.
